Good Afternoon Vulcan Families! Beginning Monday, April 11 , 2022 until further notice there will be a double bus run for both morning and afternoon runs on the Duck Bus number 20-11. Student's riding the Duck bus will be picked up and dropped off later than normal.

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 will be playing at the Vassar Theater on Friday, April 8 all proceeds from tickets & snacks benefit the Downer Family. VT Team founding member, Jon Downer, his wife and daughters lost their home in a fire on March 21. They are all safe, and staying with family for now.
Good Afternoon 6-12 Families! There will be no school next Wednesday, April 13 for students in grades 6, 7, and 12 due to state testing. All other students will report to school as normal.
Spring cleaning is right around the corner! Looking for someone to take all that scrap medal? Join us as Central Elementary will host the Ton for Teaching event again this year April 4-May 1.

Vassar Families, we are so excited to say that last night the Board of Education approved a balanced calendar for the 2022-2023 school year. A balanced calendar is similar to a traditional calendar but the 180 instructional student days are spread over 10.5 months instead of 9. Summer break will be shorter but there will be more frequent mini-breaks during the year. Please watch the Vulcan View that will be shared on Friday, it will have more information on the educational benefits of a balanced calendar.
Visit the Art display for Vassar High School and Vassar Middle School art students at Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth starting tonight at 5:00pm and available all week until Thursday at 4:00pm. The show is free of charge and filled with beautiful student pieces!
