Hello Vulcan Seniors! As we get rolling into the Holiday season, don't forget, there are only a couple of sessions left for MiStudent Aid's Virtual Financial Aid Workshops.  These sessions will help you prepare for the FAFSA, as well as give you some great information on financial aid available right here in Michigan.  The last two sessions are coming up here on November 22nd and 29th.   Set aside the time now to catch one of these last two information sessions! Hello Vulcan Middle School families. On Friday, November 18, your students will bring home the results of their fall NWEA skill assessments.  While these scores do not affect your student's report card grades, they provide you with some great insights into your student's strengths and challenges at school.  It is the same information we use to figure out how we can best help your students get ready for whatever plans they have for the future. Please take a moment tonight to let your kiddos know you are interested in seeing how they did.  Then don't forget to ask them about the score report they should bring home tomorrow.   Thanks so much for all your support as parents!

Good Morning Families. This morning we discovered technical issues with our robocall and text messaging system. We understand that this is a vital point of communication for our families, and we apologize for any inconvenience these outages may have caused. The district is working closely with the company and hopes to have these services restored soon. In the meantime, please check Facebook or the website for updates.

Ashley had a great race today she finished 41st out of 250 of the best runners in D3! Ashley finished her career by running a 20:19. Last year she finished 109th at the State meet. The prior year she finished 179th. We are so incredibly proud of what she accomplished through her cross country career here at Vassar. Thank you to those that drove down to cheer Ashley on at her final High School meet.
