Attendance makeups for grades 6-11 will have opportunities for attendance make-ups on June 7-9 and June 12-14 before and after school.Ā
Attendance make-ups will be credited on an hourly basis, for any students with 10 absences (unexcused or excused, not including medical or professional absences). For example, if you have 10 absences in all 6 hours, for which you earn credit or a grade, you will need to attend 6 sessions. If you have 10 absences in 4 classes, you will be required to attend 4 sessions in order to earn credit. Students with 11 or more unexcused (U) or excused (E)Ā absences will not be allowed to make up days and will need to sign up for Summer School to begin credit recovery. Transportation will not be available for attendance make-up sessions. These will be held in Mrs. Barber's room during the following times:Ā
6:45 AM - 7:45 AMĀ
3:15PM - 4:15PMĀ
If you have questions regarding your studentās attendance, feel free to call the 6-12 Office.
